About Heather
The body of work I draw from is vast - 45 years a musician, classically trained and always with a song in my ear of one kind or another, I was professionally engaged by orchestras and studios at an early age in Australia.
At the age of 26, I experienced a spontaneous kundalini awakening through an unexpected encounter with a distant spiritual guru. The intense shock of this experience changed the anticipated course of my life. It was a radical encounter into an unknown lineage and awakened the next chapter. I put my beloved violin in her case, sold all of my possessions and purchased a one way ticket to the UK.
A search for the answers to this unexplained shock had me arriving to the question - what else is possible in this life?
The response has been an ongoing adventure!
A new career path in all areas food opened up in a ticket box office at a London Theatre - a path that was paved with many so-called chance encounters. My palate for all things delicious was underway to becoming refined, my enjoyment of food and in turn cooking, brought forward a capacity for diversity and I began a 10 year career in the London food industry. From chopping carrots to running busy kitchens, through to menu design and high end provender shop management and supplier to supermarket industry...
I had become a part of an industry...
I refer to this time as The London crazy years. I loved it all and was ultimately ready for change...
Again I was moved to ask, or rather, state - There has to be more to life than this...?
What now?
It seems that the Universe will always respond to our questions with alacrity! It was not long before I was gifted the next chapters to be lived. I became a mother. One who was dedicated to the heavenly and earthly realms in every act of parenting! My education continued alongside that of my son.
These were the years of my education with Nature and a love of the Earth developed alongside a return to music through song, sharing, festivals and community I was encouraged to take up the position of the teacher, the enabler and the mentor.
An incredibly rewarding and personally challenging eight years as a violin teacher taught me more about music as a bridge to the wordless places than I could have envisaged. I have learned that music is within the reach of every person - it is only the messages one receives from others that would limit the possibility of music being accessible.
A metaphor for all things?
We are shaped by an unending barrage of different people's points of view, inherited thoughts and responses.
Beyond these judgements, many of which we shape as real, what else is possible?
Music and later sound, are now central and integral to everything - the constant thread in my world.
They don't always show up in the ways one would expect but an essential quality of harmony underpins all that I bring my attention to.
The range of inquiry and application into the many forms of healing and personal development over thirty years have shaped and informed my approach to my transformational approach with clients. As well as a wide body of spiritual practice I have been informed by and trained widely in the tools of kinesiology, vibrational essences and remedies, space and entity clearing, partnership with nature, reiki and several other energetic healing activations.
My group facilitation includes work based on training in Heart IQ and Life Music as well as the foundational training as an ensemble musician in orchestras, chamber ensembles and choirs.
Through the period from 2009 I have been working and playing alongside Gabriella Kapfer, co-creating music with the inspirited gifts of the Elemental beings of Nature. This is a mysterious and profoundly moving work that has asked me to step aside from any aspect of my personality that would diminish possibility. Through my life of Sound Weaving and coming into attunement with Nature - land, space and all beings - I have experienced an expanded state of awareness and interdimensional access. The places of the unseen, unacknowledged intelligent and creative forces that have consciously agreed to partner with us in a world that has closed itself down. This work life partnership is one of the greatest gifts I could have asked for. Adventures and invitations to extraordinary places and people have been experienced and untold magic has been lived! Stories and songs emerge with ease and joy! Music and sound take on new shapes and indeed seem to create new shapes as we play and travel the world. Together we facilitate others in crafting their own vibrational sounding instruments - brass and bronze and copper singing bowls, gongs and bells. See Resounding Earth.
In recent years the tools of Access Consciousness have contributed to facilitating even greater change in my life. It's a huge body of work, that has created another way of being and that has opened doors to more of life showing up with greater ease and joy!
Through living from questions and having more access to my own knowing each moment becomes a living being that can be engaged with It is the place from where choice, awareness and possibilities can emerge. All of the tools assist in clearing away the blocks to being ourselves and in living beyond the judgements and limitations of this reality.
The very core of this work is a body process called The Access Bars. The Bars is an energetic body process that has over and over again assisted me and thousands of others in becoming free of the constant chatter, mental and physical stresses and tensions, and quite simply, has radically facilitated change in every area of my life. Some people experience deep states of peace through meditation...i never did. Through The Bars I am able to reach Alpha state of presence and quietude that always invite me to more of what life has to offer. It is a joy for me to give a Bars session and also to receive a Bars session. One of the other very exciting aspects of this work is that it is easy to learn and then offer to others.
I invite you to enter into transformational conversations with me. These are effectively meetings where some of the stuff that may be keeping you stuck can be eased and changed through working with questions, energetic body processes and sometimes simple verbal processing, For the Bars and other Energetic Body Processes it will be necessary for us to meet in person.
All other transformational conversations can occur over the phone or skype or in a chat room with Zoom.
Choices previously unseen become more available and there is infinitely more space for you and your knowing... your infinite Being.
There really is no limit to the areas we can create greater ease and access to more of our own sense of being.
